Our order processing (QC) time typically takes 1-3 days. However, during peak seasons, it may extend to 3-5 days. Please rest assured that we always strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that no one enjoys waiting, and neither do we. :)

Our Delivery time is 10-12 days. Sometimes the delivery can be delayed a few days due to customs clearance or any other circumstances which is rare to happen. Thank you. 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products Listed as "Grade A" are in very good condition but might have minor signs of wear as it's used clothes but with no permanent stains, Rips or holes.

Products listed as "Grade B/C" are subject to small permanent stains and significant signs of wear.

As a standard, we ask for a maximum of 5-10% human checking error to be excused for all orders.
