At Vintage Wholesale Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please submit a ticket through our support chat widget. Our dedicated customer service team will respond within 24 to 72 hours, though response times may be longer during periods of high ticket volumes. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any inquiries promptly and effectively.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To ensure clarity, please carefully review product descriptions and images before making a purchase. Returns based on personal preferences or dissatisfaction with items received will not be accepted.
Returns or refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Items are completely damaged upon receipt.
- The order contains more than 10% Grade B/C items.
If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Initiate your return request within 14 days of delivery for authorization here

Return Conditions

Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been confirmed and shipped. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.

Exclusions
The following items/orders are not eligible for return or refund:

- Physical and video handpicks.
- Items requiring washing services.
- Grade B/C or mixed-grade items..

Processing Time
Once approved please send the returning items back at given address as soon as we recieved the items we will issue you the refund right away. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
